of the mess.
Matthew Kenneth Hendricks (b. 1994) is a self-taught collage artist whose work rebels against who and where he ought to be, and how things should be.
Working across photography, digital collage and painting, he cuts, tears and recombines photographs and found imagery to make sense of the world around him and the emotions within him.
He holds a PhD in Management Studies from the University of Cape Town and is completing Kolaj Institute’s Artist Development Program.
